This Cuff bracelet is adjustable so it can be adjusted to fit. 

The average Man's wrist is 19cm. The average woman's wrist is 17.8cm

Steps if you are unsure on your ring size:

Take a piece of paper / string. Wrap it around your wrist. Mark the paper where it meets around your wrist & measure the paper. Add around 1.5cm to the measurement for a comfortable bracelet fit. Choose the nearest bracelet size below.
